We currently have six (6) indoor-outdoor cats. Originally we had a mother cat and two of her kittens. However, over a period of time we adopted three tom-cats (neutered now of course. Like many pet owners who love their feline babies and demand the best veterinary care, nutrition, and health care management possible, you soon realize that maintaining a Cadillac health-care plan is pretty expensive. We initially used brand name Revolution and of course ordered on-line which is considerably less then buying retail from the vet's office. We began using the generic when it hit the market. This order from Discount Pet Meds is not the first time using Stronghold. We live in the country and our cats are allowed complete freedom to hunt and explore. Needless to say fleas and ticks are a nightmare. We feel like the generic does an acceptable job. We NEVER see a flea. Sometimes we find a tick "hitching a ride" when our babies come in for the night. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the generic product for Revolution. I would add that THIS COMPANY IMPRESSED ME WITH THEIR FAST SHIPPING, ACCURACY, AND PLEASANT, HASSLE-FREE INTERACTION. I will definitely order again.

This is the same as Revolution and it is great for cats. I have used it for over 11 years for fleas, heartworm, earmites, etc. and we have never had a problem with any of our cats.

We have been buying our pet medications online for several years, which entails "price-checking" on the products that we have determined our cats deserve AND "site-checking" to ascertain the honesty and reliability of the on line provider. Frankly, being a six (6) feline family can be expensive and cost-cutting is a must. This is especially true now that we are retired and work with a fixed budget. But to the point, REVOLUTION is a great product, and now that it is in generic as STRONGHOLD I am delighted (and so is my budget). The product is well-tolerated by all of our cats, and our babies are indoor-outdoor with exposure to fleas and ticks throughout the year. Currently Discount Pet Medications beats all of the competition, and I am a repeat customer. They carry Profender as well so I can order my pet meds for the entire at an unbeatable price.

Amazing that this product is so much cheaper than Revolution, just because of the different name. Stronghold is the same product, same packaging, same manufacturer, different name, 50% cheaper! Why use Revolution? And thanks to Discount Pet Medications for offering it. The Canadian pharmacy that I used to use stopped offering it, substituting Revolution for the ridiculously higher price. Outstanding customer service on a lost order, too. I will be back!
