2. Guaranteeing Product Viability - We assure you that all products shipped will have expiry dates that allow their complete use during their intended lifespan, including time spent in transit. This ensures the product is effective and safe for your use upon delivery.

3. Requesting Specific Expiry Dates - If you require a product with a specific expiry date, please email us before placing your order. Please wait for our response to confirm whether your request can be met. Orders without prior confirmation will be fulfilled based on current stock.

4. Returns Based On Expiry Dates - If the expiry date provided meets the product's intended life but does not match your preference, you may return it under the following conditions: - Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product. - The product must be in unopened and unused condition. - Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, as this is categorized as a change of mind.

5. FIFO Stock Practices - We manage stock using a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system, which ensures efficient stock rotation. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for products with a later expiry date.

6. Expiry Dates Listed on Product Pages - For products with expiry dates advertised on their listings, this date will apply instead of our general guarantee. If you wish to return the product due to the expiry date, it must be unopened and unused, returned within 30 days of delivery, and the return shipping costs will be at your expense.
